Special Task Force Protection Agency conducts training that exceeds that of many of our competitor’s programs.  The knowledge of our management team is passed on to our new employees.  In addition to the state mandated certification courses, Special Task Force Protection Agency personnel must attend:

1. 40-hours  Police/Security training program including but not limited to; Criminal Law,  Defensive Tactics, Use of Force and Fire Arms Training and qualification.

2. 10-hours Patrol Techniques & Report Writing.

3. 8-hours Customer Service Seminar.

4. 8-hours Threat Assessment Training.

5. CPR, First Aid and First Responder Training.

6. Active Shooter.

7. Tactical Response.

8. Diversity/Sensitivity Training.

 

 

 All STFPA Agents must attend annual recertification courses in various courses of study.
